Olga Frańczak is a law student in the final year of study at the Law, Administration and Economics department at the University of Wroclaw. Her master’s thesis focuses on the state’s legal obligation to eradicate gender stereotypes. For five years Olga has been involved with a feminist NGO – the Women’s Rights Centre in Wrocław. She spent the last summer as a part of a volunteering programme in Bangalore, India. Olga’s main areas of interest are gender stereotyping, the image of women in media, and violence against women.
